It's beautiful looking pan. I've only used it once for chicken and the end result was great! The grills heat well and evenly. It didn't clean as well as my other competitor (usa brand) cast iron skillets, in that it left little dots all around the edges of the inside that I can't get off. For 'real' cast iron, you only clean with a cloth and salt, but this ones instructions are to use soapy water, which went against my southern usa training. It is beautiful though! |
