I bought this because my daughter smashed my previous butter dish. I love this so much.. It goes with my hampton styled kitchen. As i use 100% butter, i love how i can leave this on my bench top (not when its super hot though, as the butter melts ). Made with quality. Brings back the "old" type of charm.
